Business Development Manager

A successful Sales Executive is required to join Pasona NA. With a strong background in B2B sales, this individual will drive revenue growth across retail, beauty, and food verticals.
The ideal candidate possesses 4-6 years of experience in the packaging industry, with a proven track record of budget attainment and a portfolio of accounts.
Pasona NA offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $73,000 - $78,000 per annum, plus commission. In addition, benefits include health insurance, 401K, and opportunities for out-of-town travel.
This is a permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 9:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M., with hybrid work arrangements available. The location is King of Prussia, PA.
Job Responsibilities:- Generate new revenue from existing and new sales accounts
- Prospect self-generated leads through market research
- Obtain in-person meetings with clients
- Manage orders and interface with manufacturing facilities
- Foster client relationships and achieve annual sales quotas
- Minimum 4 years of B2B direct selling experience
- Customer service and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with office software and phone systems
