As a Senior Manager in our Banking practice, you will be responsible for leading Commercial Banking Transformation programs, including strategy development, operating model changes, and technology implementations. You will manage all parts of projects, from client buy-in to planning, budgeting, and execution.

You will work with a diverse team of experts to deliver successful tech-enabled transformation and new kinds of value for our clients. You will be a trusted partner to business leaders, helping them to rapidly and confidently reinvent their businesses to increase resilience, mitigate risk, and grow with sustainable value.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Commercial Banking Transformation programs, including strategy development, operating model changes, and technology implementations.
  • Manage all parts of projects, from client buy-in to planning, budgeting, and execution.
  • Work with a diverse team of experts to deliver successful tech-enabled transformation and new kinds of value for our clients.
  • Be a trusted partner to business leaders, helping them to rapidly and confidently reinvent their businesses to increase resilience, mitigate risk, and grow with sustainable value.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional services firm experience in technology or management consulting with broad experience in engagement management and business development.
  • Minimum of 5 years of commercial credit (sales, operations, origination, servicing, portfolio management, trading) project management experience with relevant systems.
  • A Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Extensive transformation strategy or operating model design experience in commercial banking.
  • Launched new product offerings in the banking industry.
  • Built next-generation analytic capabilities (e.g. GenAI, datamodels) for commercial banking business.
  • Advanced degree or financial industry certification.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing relationships with senior client executives.
  • Successful track record of supporting business development and sales.
  • Successful track record of leading complex management and/or technology consulting engagements across the delivery lifecycle.
  • Structured problem-solving and ability to simplify complex initiatives to improve execution.
  • Experience with Next-Gen Technologies supporting Commercial Banking (e.g., nCino, Loan IQ, AFS, ACBS).
