Job Summary

The Commercial & Private Banking Group Senior Analyst will play a key role in assisting the senior leadership team with information management and content creation that supports and validates decisions and strategies. This role requires independent judgement in the design and creation of effective materials that express the initiatives and vision of the Commercial & Private Bank.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage projects for the leadership team, translating priorities into executable plans, problem-solving with team members and partners, and ensuring projects are brought to closure.
  • Create content to support executive presentations, board materials, leadership routines, town halls, and other forums, including presentations, agendas, executive summaries, and action items.
  • Support the development of Commercial & Private Banking Group strategy, strategic plan, and related strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze data and make recommendations based on the results to discern insights and support decision-making.

Additional Accountabilities

  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required.
  • Consistently adhere to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job, complete required compliance trainings, and maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree (4 years or equivalent) in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of business analyst, project management, or similar relevant work experience in the financial industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to create executive-level presentations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications, with an emphasis on PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
