Director of Development and Alumni Relations

King School Incorporated is seeking a seasoned development professional to lead our efforts in securing resources to support our mission. As the Director of Development and Alumni Relations, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy, building relationships with key stakeholders, and managing a team of development professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a strategic fundraising plan to meet the school's goals and objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including alumni, parents, and donors
- Manage a team of development professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful fundraising efforts
- Collaborate with the school's leadership team to ensure alignment and integration of development efforts with the school's overall strategy
- Develop and implement effective stewardship and recognition programs to acknowledge and appreciate donors
- Manage and analyze data to inform fundraising strategies and ensure effective use of resources
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in development, preferably with leadership and management experience
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Strong understanding of and commitment to the mission and values of King School Incorporated
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Experience with fundraising databases and software
