As the Director of Development and Alumni Relations, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy, building relationships with key stakeholders, and managing a team of development professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic fundraising plan to meet the school's goals and objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including alumni, parents, and donors
  • Manage a team of development professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful fundraising efforts
  • Collaborate with the school's leadership team to ensure alignment and integration of development efforts with the school's overall strategy
  • Develop and implement effective stewardship and recognition programs to acknowledge and appreciate donors
  • Manage and analyze data to inform fundraising strategies and ensure effective use of resources
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in development, preferably with leadership and management experience
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Strong understanding of and commitment to the mission and values of King School Incorporated
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Experience with fundraising databases and software
