The Role: Full-Time Front Desk Coordinator, Monday-Friday 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas, units, and grounds, documenting any findings.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them appropriately and taking messages as needed.
- Oversee guest registrations and monitor resident activities.
- Collect rental payments, prepare bank deposits, and maintain records of maintenance requests.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new residents, including application processing and explaining community guidelines.
- Support the preparation of vacancy and delinquency reports, and participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
What You Bring: Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills. The ability to interact with residents, colleagues, and external parties with sound judgment, a positive demeanor, and self-control. Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. A commitment to safety protocols and the ability to promote a safe working environment.
Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Familiarity with federal and state housing regulations, as well as property management software such as OneSite or NextGen, is preferred. Training will be provided as necessary.
