About the Role

The Inside Sales Account Manager is a key position within our organization, responsible for maintaining and growing our existing customer base. This role requires a strong understanding of customer requirements, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain existing customer relationships through order management, pricing, credit, service issues, and quality control.
  • Develop new business opportunities through order history, product knowledge, service level agreements, inventory management, sales performance, and cost-to-serve analysis.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, including pricing, products, delivery schedules, and service platforms.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or minimum 3+ years of experience in an inside or outside sales environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to leverage technology to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a CRM system such as Salesforce.com.
  • Sales experience in a similar industry.
  • Prior experience in export sales.
  • Bilingual capabilities in English, French, and Spanish.
