Key Responsibilities:
The Inside Sales Representative plays a crucial role in fostering robust business relationships and uncovering potential opportunities with both new and existing clients. This position collaborates closely with the sales team and various internal departments to achieve the company's sales objectives and enhance profitability.
Essential Duties:
- Identify and resolve customer issues in collaboration with internal teams to enhance overall processes and customer satisfaction.
- Maximize sales within the designated territory by developing strategic plans based on customer purchasing behaviors and feedback.
- Evaluate and implement efficient order fulfillment strategies while ensuring effective communication across all involved parties for timely delivery.
- Build and maintain a strong dealer network by understanding customer needs and conducting ongoing account analysis.
- Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Provide training and support to retailers and wholesalers on sales programs and promotions through various communication methods.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of GITI Tire's product offerings and competitive landscape.
- Generate and analyze sales reports, communicating performance metrics to internal stakeholders.
- Perform additional related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in account management or a related field is highly desirable. Familiarity with consumer tire sales or vehicle maintenance is advantageous but not mandatory.
Skills: Strong organizational abilities, problem-solving skills, and a results-driven mindset are essential for success in this role.
