Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and resolve issues collaboratively with customers and internal departments to enhance overall processes, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.

2. Drive sales growth within the designated territory by formulating strategic plans tailored to each account, informed by customer purchasing behaviors and market trends.

3. Assess and implement efficient order fulfillment strategies while ensuring effective communication across internal teams to guarantee timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction levels.

4. Cultivate a strong dealer network by nurturing relationships with both existing and prospective customers, leveraging a deep understanding of their business needs.

5. Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data while proactively reaching out for any missing information.

6. Provide essential training and support to retailers and wholesalers regarding sales programs and promotions, utilizing various communication methods.

7. Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of GITI Tire's full product range and stay informed about competitive offerings.

8. Generate and analyze sales reports, delivering clear insights on account performance to internal stakeholders.

9. Undertake additional related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma required; some college education preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in account management or a related field is highly desirable. Familiarity with consumer tire sales or vehicle maintenance is advantageous but not mandatory.
