Job Title: Senior Sales Executive for Regional and Community Banking Retail Payments

About the Role:
As a Senior Sales Executive at Jobs for Humanity, you will be part of a team of self-motivated, high-achieving sales professionals helping Regional and Community banks improve their product offerings. By providing industry-leading solutions, you will drive some of the most exciting new technology in fintech while advancing the way the world pays, banks, and invests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell products and/or services and develop new account relationships.
  • Solicit and maintain a network of prospects.
  • Initiate contact with prospective customers to sell targeted FIS products and/or services.
  • Work as a member of a sales team to sell assigned products or services to identified key accounts.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge, including various solutions, markets, and competitive intelligence.
  • Prepare and present proposals to clients utilizing FIS resources and tools.
  • Negotiate, structure, and close "deals" that meet customer expectations and FIS's ability to deliver.
  • Assist in the development of sales plans and strategies.
  • Meet sales goals and objectives.
  • Other related duties assigned as needed.

Requirements:
  • Experience selling payments solutions into Regional and Community banks.
  • Good understanding of FIS products and services.
  • General knowledge of financial and/or payment solutions technology, including systems, applications, and banking practices.
  • Requires expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Requires solid decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical skills are required to determine client business needs and requirements.
  • Ability to remain calm under various levels of pressure.
  • Ability to show an established track record of involvement in industry trade groups (preferred).
  • Requires the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management (internally/externally), employees, clients, and public.
  • Travel is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience selling commercial payments solutions.
  • Experience with account analysis and billing software.
