Job Summary

LanceSoft is seeking a skilled Cost Schedule Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our program, you will be responsible for setting up and monitoring cost control systems, analyzing financial data, and preparing reports to ensure contract compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain cost control systems to track and analyze program expenses.
  • Perform financial analyses and prepare reports to ensure contracts are within negotiated parameters.
  • Develop and manage budgets and schedules for contract work.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and 0+ years of related experience. Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable. You should have a strong understanding of financial accounts and cost drivers, as well as intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred qualifications include SAP experience in a manufacturing environment, relevant experience in a job cost environment, and accounting/finance experience in the aerospace and defense industry.
