Job Title: Bookkeeper / Office Admin

Chick-fil-A Christiana is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Office Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the financial integrity of our restaurant and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform day-to-day accounting activities, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, using programs similar to QuickBooks.
  • Work closely with our accountant to submit monthly remittances and process payroll and payroll-related transactions.
  • Run financial reports, order office supplies, and maintain/organize filing systems.
  • Monitor accounting emails and phone calls, and answer inquiries as needed.
  • Perform and assist with general office duties as required.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, review cashiers' overages/shortages, and conduct month-end processes.
  • Manage vendors and ensure timely payment of invoices.
Requirements:
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Professionalism and ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of accounting basics and experience with QuickBooks and/or similar software.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to taking ownership of the Chick-fil-A brand and purpose.
  • College diploma or bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
