  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage the appointment schedule, including booking new patient appointments, follow-up visits, and coordinating with the chiropractor to optimize the schedule.
  • Answering Phone Calls and Emails: Handle incoming calls and emails, address patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and direct calls to the appropriate staff members.
  • Patient Intake and Records Management: Collect patient information, insurance details, and medical history forms, as well as maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Billing and Insurance: Verify patient insurance coverage, process payments, and assist with insurance-related inquiries and billing issues.
  • Providing Information: Educate patients about chiropractic services, procedures, and office policies, as well as answer general inquiries about the practice.
  • Maintaining Reception Area: Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming for patients, and manage the distribution of relevant educational materials or brochures.
  • Coordinating with Chiropractic Staff: Communicate with chiropractors and other healthcare providers within the office to facilitate patient flow and address any urgent patient needs.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and other office duties as needed to support the efficient operation of the chiropractic office.
  • Patient Follow-Up: Make reminder calls for upcoming appointments, follow up with patients after their visits, and assist with patient satisfaction surveys or feedback collection.
  • Handling Payments: Process patient payments, manage cash transactions, and reconcile daily financial transactions.
  • Maintaining Patient Confidentiality: Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a healthcare or administrative setting preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
