Job Summary

Navigate Wellbeing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive - Healthcare to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Northwest territory of the United States, developing leads and marketing qualified leads for clients, and building relationships with wellness practice leaders, HR leaders, and producers.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience selling to healthcare brokers in the wellbeing or healthcare industry. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve annual sales goal by building relationships and selling the Navigate platform through assigned partner channels for prospective new clients.
  • Effectively build a sales pipeline that results in the achievement of the annual sales goal.
  • Manage sales activities to adequately build a pipeline of prospects needed to achieve the monthly sales targets.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 per year, based on national averages for similar positions. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
