As a Senior Sales Professional at ITA Group Inc, you'll play a crucial role in creating powerful results for our clients by inspiring authentic, lasting emotional connections between employees, channel partners, and customers.

We're looking for experienced sales professionals in the New York Metropolitan, Greater Los Angeles, and Greater Des Moines areas. Successful candidates will have a proven track record in consultative complex prospecting and selling customer loyalty solutions to large enterprises. A deep understanding of customer loyalty and its strategic importance to business impact across multiple industries is essential.

The Sales Account Executive role involves executing the ITA Group sales process and closing deals for targeted accounts. This individual must become an expert in all ITA Group solution lines and community of companies, applying this knowledge to address client business challenges. By combining expertise and curiosity, they'll create demand for our products and services through strong relationships with coaches and key decision-makers.

Responsibilities

  • Possess a hunter mentality, uncovering clients' current business challenges and motivating various stakeholder groups.
  • Utilize knowledge, network, and business acumen to create demand for ITA Group's products and services through strong relationships.
  • Demonstrate expertise and curiosity, sharing knowledge effectively to earn a spot in clients' C-suite.
  • Present compelling business cases to justify investments over $1M.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of experience in consultative sales-related positions emphasizing customer loyalty programs.
  • Demonstrated effective prospecting, researching, and presentation techniques.
  • Ability to research clients' business issues and gather insights.
  • Excellent writing skills to craft compelling calls-to-action generating client response.
  • Commitment to teamwork, recognizing diversity of thought and empathy.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
