Job Summary

To provide exceptional guest experiences by delivering personalized service and ensuring a smooth stay at our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend to guest needs during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
  • Be flexible with work schedules and report to work on time, in proper uniform.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide knowledge about room rates, packages, discounts, and promotions.
  • Assist guests with special requests and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Operate hotel reservations software and perform guest registration and room assignment.
  • Be knowledgeable about brand-specific reward programs and frequent traveler programs.
  • Answer phones promptly and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the front desk and back office area.
  • Assist fellow associates and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Be aware of emergency procedures and know how to respond.
  • Provide guests with information about the local area and attractions.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
  • Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Working Conditions

The hotel operates 24/7, and associates may be required to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends. A hospitality service atmosphere must be projected at all times.
