Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at TownePlace Suites Seattle Southcenter. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Ensure a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process for all guests, including processing payments and handling any issues that may arise.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations and a positive guest experience.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, following company policies and procedures.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all guest requests are met and that the hotel is running smoothly.
Requirements
  • Previous Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and the ability to learn and use hotel software and systems.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
