Hotel Kitchen Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Kitchen Manager to join our team at Tribal INC. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring exceptional food quality, and providing an outstanding dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise kitchen staff, including Sous Chefs and Chefs, to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
- Develop and implement menu concepts, recipes, and presentation styles to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses to achieve budgetary targets.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Recruit, train, and develop culinary staff to ensure a high level of service and quality.
- Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external partners.
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-volume food and beverage environment, with a proven track record of success.
- ACF certification or equivalent required.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and quality.
