Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Hotel Line Cook to join our dedicated kitchen team. This role is essential in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to our culinary standards.
- Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests through friendly and courteous service.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment, adhering to food safety protocols.
- Efficiently manage food orders to guarantee timely service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Assist in maintaining inventory and notifying management of low stock levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Culinary training or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Minimum of six months experience in a high-volume kitchen.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
