Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Management Professional to join our team at Intelogix Corporation. As an Assistant Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the overall performance achievement of our Customer Account Representatives, while also contributing to the efficient operation of our collection office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of 8-15 Customer Account Representatives, providing guidance and leadership to ensure optimal performance.
  • Operational Efficiency: Assist in the efficient operation of the collection office, collaborating with the Senior Operations Manager and Director to achieve departmental goals.
  • Employee Development: Supervise Customer Account Representatives, Clerical, and Collection Support Staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular reviews of employee work to identify areas for improvement and facilitate career development and coaching.
  • Training and Development: Support the training and development of all team members with the Accounts Receivable department.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Utilize available systems and resources to maximize collection potential and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Participate in the recruitment process by assisting with interviews for prospective applicants.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments to foster cooperation and streamline operations.
  • Professional Development: Maintain focus and composure in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing deadlines and performance goals.
  • Communication and Relationships: Demonstrate professionalism and foster positive relationships with supervisors, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, required; Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of management experience or equivalent Management Training program completion required; minimum 2 years of third-party support, strongly preferred.
  • Computer Experience: Ability to type quickly and accurately, use a mouse effectively, and have a basic understanding of Windows-based operating systems is required.
