Position Overview

The Logistics Operations Manager will supervise daily operations within a designated area, ensuring effective management of Operations and Account Management. This role is pivotal in leading team members and achieving operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and manage expectations
  • Oversee staffing performance and development for both exempt and non-exempt employees
  • Coordinate daily planning and scheduling

Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) required
  • In-depth knowledge of the logistics industry required
  • Understanding of local and Federal regulations required
  • Intermediate knowledge of Supply Chain Management components required
  • Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production required
