About the Role:

Clean Team USA is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control, and safety measures. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supervising departments of 15+ employees and will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Oversee operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while identifying opportunities for improvement or revision.
  • Risk Management: Anticipate and track operational and tactical risks, providing strategic solutions to mitigate potential issues.
  • Long-Term Planning: Play a significant role in long-term planning, project status reporting, and implementing change control processes.
  • Performance Metrics: Oversee and report weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics to ensure seamless business execution.
  • Process Improvement: Identify trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Staff Management: Manage staff levels, wages, hours, and contract labor to revenue, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Customer Focus: Anticipate customer needs, adapt to changing goals and direction quickly, and multitask to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Leadership: Proven experience supervising departments of 15+ employees, with a strong focus on leadership, motivation, and employee development.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with home office team members to ensure seamless business execution, reinforce positive morale, and uphold company values.
  • Issue Resolution: Raise and track issues and conflicts, remove barriers, resolve issues of medium complexity involving stakeholders, and escalate to the appropriate level when required.
  • Site Management: Manage the daily activities of assigned portfolio sites, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.
  • Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer issues related to equipment quality, customer service, or accidents and mishaps on-site.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain credible, professional relationships with clients, internal business lines, and external vendors.
  • Feedback and Communication: Solicit and respond to feedback, gaining commitment and support from stakeholders.
  • Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and conduct, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
  • Special Projects: Coordinate, schedule, and perform all special project work for assigned buildings.
