Senior Technical Support Specialist
Location: Remote

V-Soft Consulting Group is actively seeking a Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Exceptional customer service abilities with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with desktop applications, including but not limited to Windows 11, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and MS O365.
  • Proficient in utilizing troubleshooting methodologies and tools for managing desktops, laptops, and tablets.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), remote support utilities, and basic networking principles.
  • Familiarity with help request tracking and reporting systems.
  • Awareness of IT trends, concepts, and emerging technologies.
  • Capable of diagnosing hardware and software challenges and effectively communicating solutions to clients both in-office and remotely.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interactions with individuals and groups.
  • Basic knowledge of software packaging and deployment, preferably with Ivanti End Point Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and assist in the testing and upgrading of both new and existing hardware and software solutions.
  • Collaborate directly with clients to manage and resolve software and application issues across desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers.
  • Provide management with insights and recommendations for system and process enhancements.
  • Develop instructional materials for internal teams to improve the utilization of platforms such as SharePoint, OneDrive, and Office applications.
  • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, enhancing the quality of direct services provided to field personnel.
  • Oversee and track customer IT inquiries using helpdesk tools, providing support via phone, in-person, and remote access.
  • Deliver advanced problem management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and escalations to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
