  • Utilize analytical modeling and reporting to propose effective solutions.
  • Ensure alignment and evaluation of key project analytical tools (Schedule / Cost model / Estimate).
  • Prepare detailed baseline schedules, progress curves, milestone lists, and resource profiles.
  • Lead the change management process, including assessment and reporting on duration trends and project float.
  • Conduct site visits to verify physical progress against schedule status.
  • Identify and report on schedule deviations, critical paths, and constraints.
  • Facilitate interactive planning sessions with key disciplines and construction contractors.
  • Demonstrate awareness of health, safety, and environmental issues, ensuring zero harm to all personnel.
  • Achieve job goals consistently, demonstrating enthusiasm and persistence.
  • Foster strong interpersonal relationships to achieve company and project objectives.
  • Adapt to changes in work tasks or environment while maintaining focus.
  • Adhere to required processes and deliver on commitments.
  • Lead by example, promoting open communication and building motivated teams.
  • Exhibit technical skills to deliver quality, accurate, and timely work.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline preferred, with a minimum of 8 years of project experience.
  • Experience in commissioning, start-up, shut-down, and turnaround projects.
  • Proficient in project cost management principles and implementation.
  • Advanced skills in project financial forecasting and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Primavera (6+) modeling analytics.
  • Ability to comprehend project design requirements and make recommendations to meet schedule and cost metrics.
