Turner Mining Group is looking for a proactive professional who can utilize their expertise in heavy machinery to drive our growth, establishing best practices for systems and scalable business processes that ensure successful operations.
Responsibilities will be defined and evolve across all facets of mining operations to guarantee that preventative maintenance is prioritized, repairs are conducted, and equipment operates effectively within the designated area.
You will collaborate with the Project Superintendent to formulate heavy machinery protocols that promote safe operations.

- Adhere to a consistent schedule to conduct various maintenance tasks on heavy machinery and equipment
- Execute repairs utilizing tools, machinery, and measuring devices
- Diagnose and troubleshoot fuel, electrical, hydraulic, and propane systems
- Perform oil changes, equipment lubrication, tire replacements, hose repairs, battery changes, and other services
- Recondition and replace components of heavy machinery
- Test equipment functionality
- Identify significant wear or damage on machinery
- Create detailed service reports and maintenance logs
- Follow established procedures and safety protocols
- Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Take on additional responsibilities as required
