Position Overview

Under the guidance of a Bank Manager or Market Manager, this role is focused on assisting clients in a transitional capacity, emphasizing exceptional service and quality in every interaction. You will also learn and exemplify sales behaviors to advance through the banker roadmap and achieve certification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct teller transactions and address customer needs while resolving issues effectively.
  • Proactively recommend Associated Bank products to existing clients and potential customers.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by accurately processing transactions and demonstrating digital alternatives as necessary.
  • Complete the required training curriculum, meet performance milestones, and pass the Banker certification to qualify for promotion.
  • Flexibly work across multiple branch locations to support the needs of our clients and the organization.

Compliance and Integrity

This position requires adherence to internal policies and applicable regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering laws. You will also need to submit necessary information to meet registry requirements and maintain compliance as directed by the S.A.F.E. Act.

Qualifications

Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Experience:

  • 2-4 years of customer-facing sales and/or service experience is required.
