Position Overview

Under the guidance of a Bank Manager or Market Manager, you will play a vital role in assisting customers, focusing on delivering outstanding service and quality with every interaction. This position is designed to help you learn and embody sales behaviors as you progress through the banker roadmap and certification process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute teller transactions and address customer needs while resolving issues effectively.
  • Proactively recommend Associated Bank products to both existing customers and potential clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by accurately processing transactions and demonstrating digital alternatives when applicable.
  • Complete required training and performance milestones to achieve Banker certification for promotion eligibility.
  • Support operational integrity by working across multiple branch locations as needed.

Qualifications

Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Experience:

  • 2-4 years of customer-facing sales and/or service experience is required.
