Your Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with customers as the primary contact for designated accounts.
  • Identifying and addressing customer needs and requirements effectively.
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns promptly to ensure a superior customer experience.
  • Exploring and pursuing new business opportunities within existing accounts to promote continuous growth.
  • Possessing in-depth knowledge of the fastener industry, its products, and applications.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
  • Offering tailored product recommendations and solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to guarantee timely order fulfillment.
  • Creating account plans with specific objectives and strategies.
  • Working alongside the sales growth team to develop effective sales tactics.
  • Evaluating sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Managing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and urgency.
  • Coordinating with the customer service team to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Generating regular reports on sales performance, account activities, and market trends.
  • Analyzing sales data to uncover trends and opportunities for business expansion.
  • Providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the fastener manufacturing or distribution industry.
  • Ability to make independent and informed decisions.
  • Strong proficiency in basic mathematics and profitability concepts.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with evolving challenges.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
