About the Role

The United Franchise Group is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Professional to join our team as an Operations Advisor. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our corporate team to support the growth and development of our Transworld Business Advisors network across the globe.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the Office Launch Program, traveling to new franchisee offices to provide training and support. You will also assist with listing appointments and meetings with potential clients, advise on day-to-day operations, and instruct on marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will participate in Discovery Day programs for Transworld franchisee candidates, train and support franchisees and agents on our systems and model, and coordinate regional meetings as needed.

Requirements

* Associate diploma or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to four years related experience and/or training;
* Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence;
* Technical aptitude and ability to quickly pick up new technologies;
* Knowledge of MS Office, CRM software's, and accounting software a plus;
* Eligible driver's license and valid automobile insurance required;
* Available and Reliable Transportation;
* Credit card with available credit limit to cover reimbursable business travel expenses;
* Must be able to travel an average of 50%-75% of the time;
* Business brokerage/business sales/real estate, sales/marketing experience preferred.
