The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will play a vital role in delivering high-quality health services and direct care to individuals with disabilities living in our residential program. This includes providing advocacy and liaison with community healthcare providers, monitoring medical records, and medication administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct specialized nursing and other day-to-day care to individuals
  • Document healthcare services following appropriate state regulations, nursing standards, and Massachusetts LPN license requirements
  • Collaborate with the residential manager, registered nurse, and Director of Health Care to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved licensed practical nurse program
  • Current Massachusetts Nursing license
  • Two years of general nursing experience and/or service to individuals with developmental disabilities in a community health setting is preferred
