The LPN Role at Bridgewell involves providing healthcare services and direct care to individuals living in residential programs. This includes advocating for clients' medical needs, collaborating with community health providers, and administering medications as required.
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide direct specialized nursing care to individuals
* Document healthcare services according to state regulations and nursing standards
* Collaborate with registered nurses and directors to ensure seamless care coordination
* Act as a liaison between community agencies and treatment providers
* Provide in-service education on health issues
* Maintain knowledge of medication administration policies and procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Graduation from an accredited LPN program
* Current Massachusetts Nursing license
* 2 years general nursing experience, preferably in community health settings
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Ability to foster positive relationships and provide exceptional care
