Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager to drive the execution of world-class integrated marketing plans and campaigns, delivering brand impact and growth for Curb Mobility. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll work cross-functionally to create the future of the brand for drivers and riders.

This is a unique opportunity to join an exceptional team in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. You'll be responsible for enabling communications, incentives, and paid marketing activities to deliver reliably great experiences and excellent value for Curb Mobility users, drivers, and businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies for rider, driver, and business products
  • Uncover new areas of opportunity and leverage findings to scale our communication channels and platform
  • Responsible for digital projects from beginning to completion, ensuring changes, assets, directions, and best practices are implemented
  • Creating and optimizing landing pages for complex products/services, incorporating A/B & multivariate testing
  • Manage budgets and platform mix to achieve volume and efficiency goals
  • Drive growth through new targeting and bidding improvements, leveraging data to find new profitable segments, and testing into new platforms, and channels
  • Develop metrics to help the business understand the unit economics of different digital spend options and manage budgets to maximize profit
  • Collaborate with our data, product, and engineering teams to ensure quality, accessibility, and consistency of digital marketing data for analytics, attribution, and reporting
Requirements
  • 5 years of professional work experience in a marketing role at an agency or in-house
  • Must be located in NYC, hybrid work schedule
  • Prior experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or lifecycle marketing
  • Excellent project management and interpersonal skills with the ability to balance rigorous attention to detail with swift execution
  • Analytical thinker with experience in data-driven marketing
  • You know your markets, customers, and competition, and you're strong at bringing this information into your marketing strategies
  • You're diligent when it comes to formatting, organizing down to the smallest detail, and meeting your deadlines
  • You're proactive, value accountability, and take pride in running your projects
  • Experience with marketing tools (Analytics, Email Marketing, Social Listening, SMS Marketing, Website Builder, In-app Consumer Touch Point, etc)
