About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at bread & Butter PR. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, search engine marketing, and display advertising.
  • Manage and optimize social media advertising strategies to achieve maximum ROI and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing efforts.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform digital marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure our campaigns are always innovative and effective.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their digital marketing needs are met.
  • Manage and analyze campaign performance using data and analytics tools.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and ROI.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and engagement through digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, search engine marketing, and display advertising.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
