About the Role
Lead various Retail Operations programs from concept through implementation, including customer experience strategies, customer loyalty initiatives, new product introductions, training processes, and more. Drive operational strategy and performance across retail locations, analyzing current processes to seek new efficiencies. Develop and maintain key partnerships with the field, turning feedback into problem statements and subsequent actions that influence current operations and drive results. Lead pilots in stores to gather feedback and ensure issues are resolved ahead of progress with a program.
Requirements
4+ years of operations project management experience, 2+ years retail or customer service leadership experience. Preferred qualifications include prior experience supporting business transformation projects, innovating beyond traditional ways of doing things, and presenting to all levels of leadership, including executives. Proficient in Excel/Numbers, Pages, and Keynote applications, and expert user of Mac OS X, iOS, watchOS, and Apple hardware.
