Job Summary:

The Program Manager, Partner Engagement Specialist, will spearhead initiatives to enhance the ServiceNow partner ecosystem with a focus on GenAI capabilities.

This role involves close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to deliver effective partner enablement resources and fill knowledge gaps in selling and implementing Now Assist products.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in creating and executing global enablement strategies, driving partner engagement through comprehensive project management, and ensuring the delivery of impactful resources and training.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a global partner enablement plan specific to Gen AI within the Partner Experience GenAI plan framework.
  • Collaborate with partner-oriented teams to enhance partner skilling efforts.
  • Manage projects effectively through their entire lifecycle, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis of enablement programs to measure impact and identify improvement areas.
  • Identify knowledge and process gaps and work with leadership to rapidly deploy necessary training and tools.

Must-Have Skills:
  • Proven AI/GenAI knowledge and experience.
  • Strong project management capabilities with a focus on scaling partner knowledge.
  • Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and cross-functional teamwork.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Industry Experience Required:

Minimum 5 years in partner ecosystem organizations within the IT or software domain, with a track record in executing successful enablement programs.

This position allows for remote work and offers the opportunity for extension beyond the initial contract or conversion to FTE, working 40 hours per week across all US timezones (M-F).
