Job Overview:


• This is a contract-to-hire position that requires onsite presence only.


• Candidates must be local and are required to sign the provided addendum along with their scheduling preferences.


• The facility has vending machines available, but no onsite cafeteria.


• Business casual attire is mandatory.


• Training will occur at the designated facility before transitioning to the main operational site.


• Attendance is crucial; missing more than 8 hours during training is not permitted.


• Candidates with gaps in their employment history must provide explanations.


• This role involves high call volume in a customer service environment.


• Candidates should be informed about the weekend work expectations and the typical work hours.


• Overtime may be required during peak periods, while regular weeks typically consist of 40 hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries, which may require deviation from standard procedures.
  • Ensure effective customer relations by responding accurately and timely to various forms of inquiries.
  • Initiate adjustments or conduct research as necessary to resolve customer issues.
  • Provide management with feedback regarding customer concerns and maintain accurate records of complaints.
  • Uphold knowledge of quality work instructions and company policies, contributing to process improvements.
  • Assist in training new employees and cross-training existing staff.

Required Experience:

· Minimum of 3 years in customer service, including at least 1 year in claims or appeals processing.

  • Capability to manage high-stress situations effectively.
  • Good judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient customer service skills.

Educational Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
