Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service through incoming calls in a dynamic, automated, and high-volume contact center.
- Take ownership of customer inquiries, ensuring efficient, accurate, and professional handling of requests.
- Establish rapport and respond to customers with empathy, consistently meeting their expectations and commitments.
- Navigate various systems and applications to research, analyze, and resolve customer inquiries.
- Maintain performance and quality standards while analyzing information to make informed decisions and solve problems.
- Acquire knowledge of personal lines insurance principles and the products offered to our clients.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and business partners to enhance the customer experience.

Desired Qualifications:
- Proficient communication skills in both Spanish and English (verbal and written).
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in a call center environment is advantageous.
- 1-2 years of experience in the insurance sector is preferred.
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Experience in a high-volume contact center with a focus on decision-making and problem-solving is a plus.

Additional Information:
This position begins onsite and may transition to a hybrid model. It is a temporary-to-permanent role.
