Business Development Manager

Crown Castle International Corp. is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager - Managed Solutions to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the managed solutions market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand existing relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the managed solutions market
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide sales training and support to internal teams to drive sales momentum and revenue growth
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform sales strategies and optimize results
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on managed solutions or telecommunications
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze complex sales data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
