Career Opportunities:
First Batch Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team. As a Sales Director, you'll be responsible for leading a unit-level sales team, including hiring, training, motivating, and developing team members. You'll also collaborate with other Directors of Sales to ensure cohesive planning and execution of all events.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. You'll be working closely with our Co-Founder to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and build strong relationships with clients. As a Sales Director, you'll be responsible for maintaining a deep understanding of the corporate and social events industry, current trends, and competitive landscape. You'll create effective sales programs to increase awareness, promote a positive perception of the business, and improve lead conversion rates.

We offer a competitive salary of $160,000 per year, with opportunities for growth and advancement. Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need a minimum of seven years of experience in sales in the hospitality industry, with four or more years of team management experience. You'll possess excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work well with others and across multiple levels. A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
