Director of Hotel Performance and Growth

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue and improve operational efficiency
- Lead and motivate the hotel team to deliver outstanding service and results
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure profitable operations
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective communication and execution
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably as Assistant General Manager or Director of Operations
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
