Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Sales Leadership Professional to join our team at Sunrise at Mill Basin. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and community development.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and community partners.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director to achieve business objectives and goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on sales performance and market intelligence.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven sales leadership experience in the senior living industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals.
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
