Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Domino's Pizza LLC team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate all equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Stock ingredients and supplies in a timely and organized manner.
  • Prepare and package food products according to company standards.
  • Receive and process customer orders via phone, in-person, or online.
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  • Clean and maintain equipment, facilities, and surrounding areas.
Requirements:
  • Ability to comprehend and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Working Conditions:
  • Exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and weather conditions.
  • Exposure to food odors, dust, and other environmental factors.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to stand for long periods and walk short distances.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy objects.
  • Ability to reach, bend, and stoop to perform tasks.
