Job Summary
Culligan Great Lakes is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our office support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving product or service-related issues, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers and resolve any product or service-related issues
- Schedule deliveries, dispatch service technicians, and/or route representatives to customer locations
- Take payments and maintain customer records by updating account information
- Handle collection calls and maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments when necessary
- Prepare and maintain compliance and regulatory reporting
Requirements
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic, honesty, and integrity
- Excellent communication skills, including helpfulness and patience in dealing with customers and vendors
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
- Customer service and multi-line telephone experience preferred
