Job Summary

Culligan Great Lakes is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our office support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving product or service-related issues, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from customers and resolve any product or service-related issues
  • Schedule deliveries, dispatch service technicians, and/or route representatives to customer locations
  • Take payments and maintain customer records by updating account information
  • Handle collection calls and maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments when necessary
  • Prepare and maintain compliance and regulatory reporting

Requirements

  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic, honesty, and integrity
  • Excellent communication skills, including helpfulness and patience in dealing with customers and vendors
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
  • Customer service and multi-line telephone experience preferred
