Auditory Care Specialist

Compensation Package: We offer a lucrative salary of $120,000 per year, including a generous bonus program and a comprehensive benefits package.
The ideal candidate will be a strong clinician with the ability to effectively counsel patients and build patient rapport. Our practice is committed to providing high-quality instruments and services to our patients.
- Establish a rapport with patients, conduct audiometric testing, counsel patients, and make recommendations for hearing aids
- Perform diagnostic testing
- Make ear impressions, ear molds, and order instruments
- Program hearing aids
- Fitting hearing aids and assist with any adjustments, questions or problems
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient files
- Manage assigned schedule to maximize opportunities to help patients
- Support and coach team members to achieve practice goals
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Audiology (Au.D. preferred)
- Active and current hearing aid dispensing license
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Professionalism in interacting with patients, physicians, and team members
