Compensation Package: We offer a lucrative salary of $120,000 per year, including a generous bonus program and a comprehensive benefits package.

The ideal candidate will be a strong clinician with the ability to effectively counsel patients and build patient rapport. Our practice is committed to providing high-quality instruments and services to our patients.

  • Establish a rapport with patients, conduct audiometric testing, counsel patients, and make recommendations for hearing aids
  • Perform diagnostic testing
  • Make ear impressions, ear molds, and order instruments
  • Program hearing aids
  • Fitting hearing aids and assist with any adjustments, questions or problems
  • Maintain accurate documentation and patient files
  • Manage assigned schedule to maximize opportunities to help patients
  • Support and coach team members to achieve practice goals

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Audiology (Au.D. preferred)
  • Active and current hearing aid dispensing license
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Professionalism in interacting with patients, physicians, and team members
