Foster Care/Resource Parent Support Worker
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Welfare Specialist to join our team at Bethanna. As a key member of our child welfare services, you will work closely with children, families, and foster resource parents to provide support and guidance in achieving their goals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide case management services for children, families, and foster resource parents
- Conduct home visits, outreach, and assessments to ensure the well-being of clients
- Collaborate with community agencies and professionals to coordinate services and resources
- Develop and implement individualized plans to meet the unique needs of each client
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
- Experience in child welfare, casework, or child care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
