POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute strategic initiatives to propel sales growth and meet revenue objectives.
  • Identify and engage new business prospects through market analysis, networking, and lead generation.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to stimulate business expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to create innovative sales strategies and solutions.
  • Evaluate market trends and competitor activities to pinpoint growth opportunities and differentiation.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business ventures.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline development, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
  • Stay informed about industry advancements and emerging trends to leverage market opportunities.
  • Continuously assess and refine sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Perform other essential duties related to the position to address the ongoing needs of the company.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in BPO business development and sales.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of BPO processes, technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities within a sales context.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for sales and business development.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This position operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this role, the employee will primarily be sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for extended periods while utilizing a computer and telephone headset. The employee will frequently operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. Occasionally, the employee may need to move around the office to complete tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move items from one place to another, hold onto objects, and exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
