As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front office operations, and supporting our estimators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional customer service, answering phone calls, and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Front Office Operations: Manage all aspects of front office operations, including filing, copying, faxing, and correspondence.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to all areas of the business, including scheduling estimate appointments, sending pre-appointment materials, and updating customer databases.
  • Marketing: Assist with marketing efforts, including researching, tracing, printing, and mailing Neighborhood Cards.
  • Cost Accounting: Assist with job costing, foreman summaries, and 50% jobs.
Requirements
