We are seeking a highly skilled Complete Account Executive to join our team at Ascend Learning. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the South Region.
Key Responsibilities- Retain current Complete Partners and successfully renew contracts at updated pricing
- Active involvement in all aspects of ATIs relationship with each Complete Partner
- Prepare and conduct semi-annual Program Performance Reviews with each client within the assigned territory
- Assess Partner needs and outcome goals, prioritize them, and then organize the appropriate ATI resources to assist in achievement
- Responsibilities include, sales, relationship management, issue escalation and resolution, high-level project management, successful onboarding of new clients
- Partner with program to ensure appropriate ATI resources are deployed to assist program in achieving desired outcomes
- Consistently demonstrate the value in new innovations and services
- Bachelors degree or higher required
- Minimum of 5 years field-based solution sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of delivering results in a quota-based sales environment with multiyear contracts
- Nursing education industry knowledge, background in healthcare or higher education experience preferred
