Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Receptionist to join our team at Complete Health. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Scheduling: Schedule appointments in person or by telephone, ensuring optimal utilization of provider time and treatment rooms.
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet patients and visitors, answer inquiries, and maintain accurate records and accounts.
  • Revenue Cycle Management: Obtain, record, and update patient financial information, collect patient charges, and control credit extended to patients.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain business office inventory and equipment, including ordering and expediting supplies and scheduling equipment service and repairs.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to emergencies and provide support to patients in distress.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience as a front desk medical receptionist is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, computer proficiency, and knowledge of EMR systems (Athena and Epic) are required.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Working Environment

The position requires standing, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, and hearing. Use of a computer, keyboard, and telephone is an essential part of the job.
