Compensation

We offer a competitive salary that reflects your experience and qualifications, with a range of $120,000 - $145,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Manager will report directly to the Vice President of Sales for the Industrial Division. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the sales team across the South Central Region, including states such as W. AR, CO, KS, W. LA, MO, NE, NM, OK, and TX.
  • Developing and mentoring sales representatives with a focus on account management.
  • Implementing strategies for new business development and effective sales closing techniques.
  • Assisting the Vice President of Sales with strategic account management and customer analysis.
  • Managing sales P&L responsibilities.
Supervisory Duties

This role includes supervisory responsibilities for 3-4 direct reports.

Travel Requirements

Expect approximately 50% travel within the designated territory.

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Business.
  • A minimum of 6 years of B2B sales experience in industrial consumable products, preferably in the lubricants or chemical sectors.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership capacity.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
  • A proven track record in business development.
  • A solid grasp of direct selling concepts and industry knowledge.
  • The ability to cultivate collaborative relationships across various departments.
  • Willingness to travel overnight as necessary.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
